Software Sales Representative 软件销售代表
About us:
Abacus Business Computer (ABCPOS) is a New York City-based point-of-sale (POS) systems company that provides one-stop solutions from POS systems to merchant services to growth marketing. With over 30 years in the industry, ABCPOS serves more than 6,000 customers and has 40,000 devices installed. The company's customer base ranges from restaurants to retailers, e-commerce to franchise to international groups.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our software products. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and close deals to drive the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, business development, and networking.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our software solutions.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve sales targets and close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our software solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in software sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of software products and technology solutions.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
Food/restaurant industry is a plus

维护准确的销售活动记录、客户互动和交易进展。
向管理层准备并呈现定期销售报告。
资格要求:

优秀的沟通、谈判和演示技能。
在软件销售或相关领域有证明的经验,具备达成或超越销售目标的业绩记录。
对软件产品和技术解决方案有深入理解。
能够与客户和利益相关者建立并维护专业关系。
自我激励,目标导向,能够独立工作并作为团队的一部分。
精通普通话者优先,但不是必需条件。
食品/餐饮行业经验者优先。
