Cross-sell existing clients
Open and distribute mail and check email
Handle company audits
Commercial service work
Real Comp and Newly purchased vehicle do OLBOB’s & type quotes
New business client thank you process
Process outgoing mail (9 AM &6 PM)
Follow up on applications pended and send out welcome letters and batch file
applications at the end of the month
Claims follow up
Organize reception area and put away incoming supplies
Follow-up on endorsements pending and Batch file endorsements at end of the
month Supply requests & order business cards
DDC Drop list and Academic Achievement drop list and Young Driver
audits Programming of phones
Organize new business client folders
Life terminations, new business issuance and setting appointments for life
specialist Policy reviews
Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
