Job Description:
Tour guides provide unscripted Guided Tours of the United States, Canada, and the East of popular cities and attractions. Tour leaders conduct tours for the public, private groups, and oversea study groups.
Tour guides organize the entire trip, arrange meeting times and places and coordinate with museums or drivers, as well as handle any issues that arise.
Tour guides will have to deal with both the attractions and customers. Think of yourself who travels with the tour to make sure everything runs perfectly, and everyone ends up happy.
Tour guides must translate hard facts about our company to engage people and produce unique guest experiences, promote events, and make our company brand more persuasive and valuable in the mind of our customers.
Tour guides require a flexible schedule and successful completion and passing of a rigorous training program is required. We are currently seeking candidates who can speak English or Chinese, (Multilingual or bilingual abilities).
Provide a positive customer experience by listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions or assistance.
Use smart phone technology to gather all trip related information and document in the customer’s report.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided tours of various locations, providing informative and engaging commentary to visitors
- Lead groups of tourists and ensure their safety throughout the tour
- Educate visitors about the history, culture, and significance of the location
- Answer questions and provide additional information to enhance the tour experience
- Manage time effectively to ensure that tours run smoothly and stay on schedule
- Communicate clearly and effectively with visitors of diverse backgrounds and ages
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing visitor needs and concerns
-Work with internal teams to meet customer service standards.
-Follow up on all aspects of the customer’s trip to ensure that all expectations are met.
Qualification:
- Strong public speaking skills to captivate and engage tour participants
- Language: English (Required) Chinese (Required), Multilingual or bilingual abilities to accommodate visitors from different countries
- Leadership skills to guide and manage groups during tours
- Ability to educate and convey information in an interesting and accessible manner
- Excellent time management skills to keep tours on schedul
-Customer Service orientation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Dedicated team player who can quickly adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all tour participants
-Background in customer service, sales, hospitality preferred.
Must have an Employment Authorization document, SSN.
