Responsibilities Include

Support production with failure analysis, reduction of false failures, and downtime of test equipment
Working in a warehouse environment
Fill out everyday issue forms and submit them on a daily basis
Generate monthly and quarterly reports and analysis of test data, prepare documentation and recommendations for customers
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as managers, technicians, and customers, to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals. Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors when required.
Skills, Education, And Training

Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Warehouse robotic or automatic work experience preferred
Computer hardware and networking experience
Able to push and lift 50 lbs of weight
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills are crucial to coordinate and communicate with various parties effectively.
Staying updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and trends in the industrial engineering field is essential. Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning is highly valued.
Valid Drivers License
Travel requirements: Domestic
Fluent in Chinese, including reading and writing
Please note that this position may involve working with high-voltage systems. Prior experience or certification in working with high voltage is preferred.
