Full Job description
• Manage the Warehouse Associate team.
• Schedule production order delivery
• Tracking inventory level and accuracy of order fulfillment
• Continuously looking for improvement opportunities within logistics department
• Work cohesively with other departments
• Understand most efficient pick routes to eliminate wasted time and increase speed to client.
• Pulling product from the warehouse for Quality checks and Cycle count.
• Responsible for scanning correct products for orders in an efficient manner.
• Following health and safety rules to reduce the risk of workplace injury.
Education and Experience
• GED
• 1+ years of SAP, WMS, OMS
• 1+ years of manufacturing and warehouse experience required.
• Previous warehouse or supply chain leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able and willing to lift up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to use forklift to assist in replenishing inventory.
• Ability to load/unload shipments.
• Ability to be flexible, cross train, and adapt to change.
• Positive attitude & good work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
