1. Assist the sales team with sales calls and appointments, in Chinese when necessary.
2. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure payments and charges are accurate.
3. Follow up with clients who have outstanding balances to ensure timely payment collection.
4. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and collections.
Answer incoming customer calls.
5. Prepare and process purchase orders (phone in or walk in customers).
6. Products Receiving - Process paperwork/data entry of daily product receiving.
7. A/R – assist in reviewing and following up with customer for payments.
8. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Chinese(required) and English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:
1. Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
2. Lifting and carrying marketing materials and products.
