Position: Administrative Specialist
Job Responsibilities:Responsible for administrative affairs and office affairs. Including the development and implementation of relevant systems and processes to promote, daily office affairs management, office supplies management, file management, and meeting management.
Responsible for daily office system maintenance, establishing preliminary administrative system and performing administrative duties;
Procurement and management of all kinds of office supplies and consumables;
Assisting the department to be responsible for various company meetings;
Handling other related matters in accordance with the company's administrative management system;
Responsible for drafting and revising documents such as official documents and notices, signing and forwarding, organizing, filing and issuing documents;
Complete other work content assigned by the leadership.
Job Qualifications:
Familiar with business operations, with strong learning and comprehension skills;
Working conscientiously and meticulously, well organized, with dedication and responsibility, strong communication, coordination and execution skills;
Excellent communication skills and written expression, fluent in writing, able to draft and write various documents independently;
Skilled in using office software word, excel, etc.
