Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed sales target by closely working with team members.
• Analyze and develop annual/quarterly/monthly sales growing strategies and media plans for the store channel.
• Lead the development, implementation, and successful execution of local promotion events
• Manage, coach and motivate sales team to deliver better performance
• Continuously build and maintain business relationships with local partners.
