PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

The Loading Inspector will assist with processing customer orders by verifying the quantity and quality of the order with the package list. Successful candidate must have great attention to detail. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is REQUIRED.

This is an Overnight Shift position. Working hours are from 3AM to 9AM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Familiar with the company products

· Report and replenish the missing order products

· Review orders and assign product picking to pickers

· Verify the products (quantity and quality) with the package lists

· Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures

· Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company

· Other duties as assigned by management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to quickly familiarize with company products and order processing procedures

· Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures

· Proficient computer skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is REQUIRED.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.

· Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:

· High School diploma or equivalent required

· 1+ years of warehouse experience

Overnight Shift: 3AM - 9AM
