Logistics Coordinator

- Organize ocean, air, and inland transportation along with international inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinates multi-point freight loading and observe the flow of commodities from the original shipper to ultimate consignee to maximize the efficiency.
- Communicate in a timely manner with domestic/overseas agents, customers, and vendors. Prepare and issue detailed quotations and systematic documents as their requests.
- Fully respond to all customers’/agents’ complaints and queries. Provide actions and necessary assistance to logistics management.
- Monitor and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure all the rights and obligations within contractual agreements have achieved.
- Research for competitive shipping rates and actively contact with shipping agencies/carriers for quality services.
- Fulfill any inter-departmental issue focusing on receipts from customers/agents and payments to vendors.
- Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
