Marketing Specialist(Bilingual Mandarin & English)
Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:
● Operating live streaming, utilizing all of our technology vendors and open-source software used for our live streaming platforms
● Running each live stream from front to back, simulcasting on Youtube & Facebook, live switching cameras and audio, running lower-thirds on multiple platforms
● Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Wechat, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement
● Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors. Selecting appealing images and videos to complement the text
● Linking group members by certain ties, leading them to have common goals and continuous interaction with each other, and also a common group consciousness and norms
● Coming up with ways and solutions to pull in new users, retain them, and stimulate them to participate in established operational activities for this group of users
● Writing KOL marketing plan and apply it to relevant projects
● Connecting the brand and products with audiences and keep them engaged through influencers in specific areas
● Conducting in-depth research and analysis of competitors' market operations and strategies during the introduction period
● Creating a brand's value recognition in the user's mind by leveraging consumer demand for the product, and using the product's quality, culture, and uniqueness to promote the brand, ultimately resulting in brand benefits
Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:
