Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for customer training, onsite technical support and troubeshooting;
2. Take phone calls, answer emails, travel across US/ Canada to help customer with their questions;
3. Help change and switch new parts for damaged equipment;
4. Help introduce/ promote new products and technologies to clients, and collect market feedback and suggestions;
5. Work cooperatively within a team and with other departments,
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor ;
Qualifications
1. College diploma or equivalent, major in Computer Science, Engineering or other related majors
2. Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the time-sensitive environment
3. Experience working with A/V equipment a plus
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
5. Working in a multicultural environment.
