A fast-growing food production company located in Bay Shore, Long Island. We are looking for an experienced full time Bookkeeper to join our accounting team. The right candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask, have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and works well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, weekly payroll processing
- Bank/credit card/petty cash reconciliations, adjusting entries.
- Inventory
- Other accounting duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experience with Quickbook is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
