岗位职责：
1、 负责美国四个州仓库的人才招聘工作，并和中国HR部门保持良好的沟通和协作。
2、负责美国四个州仓库人员的入职/离职办理及文档归整。
3、协助完成需求岗位的职务说明书；
4、负责建立公司人才储备库，做好简历管理；
5、办公室费用、招聘费用的申请、控制和报销；
6、工作时间：8：00-17:00，午休1小时
任职要求：
1、 有一定HR招聘经验，中英文流利
2、 电脑操作熟练，熟悉office系统
3、 沟通和团队协作能力强，工作热忱，一定的抗压能力

Description
1. Administer compensation and benefit plans
2. Assist in talent acquistion and recruitment processes
3. Handle recruitment activities such as interviewing, hiring, training, and testing.
4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issue that may arise
5. Promote HR program to create and efficient and conflict-free workplace
6. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
7. Undertake tasks around performance management
8. Working hour: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00, 1 hour lunch break
Sills
1. Fluent English and Chinese(Mandarin)
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office Software
3. Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
