CDL Class B Truck Driver

We are a building materials distributor looking for a responsible CDL Class B truck driver to transport materials for deliveries. Running local customer to customer and materials pick-ups and deliveries with routes in the five boroughs and Long Island.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver orders to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedules
• Uses proper handling procedures to protect and secure material for transport
• Maintain contact with supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to new locations
• Operate vehicles in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and reports any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
